The waitlist form on this site collects the email address you submit, the IP address that submitted it, and the User-Agent string of your browser. That’s the entire data set.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or embedded social-media pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Vercel Analytics. The only network calls this page makes are to curaclaw.ai/api/waitlist when you submit the form.

We use the email to email you when CuraClaw opens to your hospital. That’s it. We will not sell, lease, or otherwise share your email address with anyone. We don’t send marketing newsletters.

The IP and User-Agent are used solely to rate-limit submissions and investigate spam. They are never published, never tied to the email address you submitted in any export, and never used to track you across the web.

Waitlist entries are retained for 12 months from signup. If you haven’t heard from us by then, your record will be soft-deleted (marked deleted but kept in the audit log) on the next sweep.

You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing hello@curaclaw.ai from the address you signed up with.

The CuraClaw clinical app, when it ships to your hospital, runs entirely on Google Cloud BAA-covered services (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Speech-to-Text, Vertex AI). No PHI passes through third-party scripts or non-BAA vendors. See docs/HIPAA.md for the full posture.
